本项目采用多段双膜法集成工艺对化工尾水进行处理回用。其中，超滤膜采用我公司外压式PVDF超滤膜，同等条件下，我公司超滤膜的稳定产水量达到2.5-3.2m3/h，某国际品牌超滤膜在2.2-2.6m3/h之间，而普通PVDF超滤膜不足1.5m3/h。产水浊度小于0.1NTU，SDI小于2.0，

In this project, multi-stage double membrane integrated process is used for chemical tail water treatment and recycling. In the project, the used ultrafiltration membranes are the PVDF and external pressure type hollow fiber membranes of our company. In the same condition, the steady water yield of our membrane reached 2.5-3.2 m3/h, the value of an international brand of membrane product was 2.2-2.6 m3/h, and the value of the normal PVDF membrane was less than 1.5 m3/h.
